Master Jesse Kuhns has been practicing Olympic-style TaeKwonDo for over 15 years. He has
trained under some of the best instructors in the world. He has trained at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs
as well as with 2-time Olympic champion, Steven Lopez and his Olympic Team member siblings, Mark and Diana, in Sugarland,
Texas. He has medaled three times in the Collegiate Sparring Black Belt Division as well as won multiple Nationals Qualifiers.

and his wife Clarissa Kuhns have formed great relationships with National Collegiate TaeKwonDo Association board members as
well as other Masters across the United States including Grandmaster Giamo at Eagle TKD in Pennsylvania, Master Greg Tubbs at GT Sport in Plano, Texas, Master Julio Moreno at UMA TKD in Houston, Texas, Master Anthony School at All-Star TaeKwonDo as well as many others.

Master Jesse has not only participated in many international tournaments but has extensive
experience coaching a wide range of athletes from novice students to some of the best in the nation. He enjoys teaching
students of all ages from preschool to adults as well as all ability levels. He believes in being a positive role model
in and outside of his school, promoting a healthy and positive lifestyle.

Master Jesse has been an athlete and a coach with Texas A&M University since 1999.
He was Head Coach for two years before moving to Laredo. He is greatly respected by the Texas A&M TaeKwonDo team
as he has won Coach of the Year 2 years in a row.
In 2007, Texas A&M University hosted the National Collegiate TaeKwonDo
Association Championships. Master Jesse led the team to win the 1st place in the Novice division (forms and sparring white
belt - red belt) and 2nd place in the Overall Division (Color belts and black belts), losing to only MIT.
Master Jesse has not only been an inspirational coach but a great mentor to all those
he teaches. His students look up to him not only for his extensive knowledge of TaeKwonDo but his unwavering devotion
to his family and friends.
