Master Jesse teaches all classes 5 days a week. Monday through Thursday, classes
incorporate traditional Olympic-Style TaeKwonDo and includes Poomse (forms) and kicking techniques. The
Cubs class (ages 4-6) teaches body awarness, basic kicks, coordination, and balance. The Family Fun Fitness class allows
the whole family to learn together in a structured and fun environment. Fridays are reserved for Olympic-Style
Sparring (Kyroogi) practice (KuGar Fight Team). There is also a 45 minute class on Fridays in which students from any class
are welcome to come and practice their forms.
We limit our class sizes to ensure quality instruction. Class ratios per instructor are as follows:
Cubs - ages
4 - 6 = 6 students
Juniors - ages 7 - 13 = 14 students
Family class = 7 children
Seniors - ages 14 & up = 16 students
The Jr. Beginners Classes are for students ages 7 - 13 that are White to Yellow Belt-Green Stripe.
The Jr. Advanced Classes are for students ages 7 - 13 that are Green Belt and above.
